Shipping Policy

  • Please Allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped

  • Be sure to include full address including Apt/ Suite number if applicable.

  • We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost and stolen if tracking says delivered. 

  • Packages that are misplaced while in USPS/UPS/Fedex possession will need to be reconciled with those entities. You will need file a claim with the shipping company.​

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes items don't work out however there are NO exchanges, returns or refunds. Please inspect items and contact us via e-mail within 3 days if item(s) are defective. We will work to have the issues rectified if possible. In the event that there are damages you will receive replacement item or store credit after item is returned.
